STUBS News Update - 24th November 2011

Dear {first},

Forces Foxes 2012 Calendar to Benefit STUBS - Calendar Sponsor Still Required

We're delighted that the Forces Foxes have chosen STUBS as a beneficiary of their 2012 Charity Calendar. The Forces Foxes are an amazing group of army wives and girlfriends who want to "do their bit" in support of their menfolk, and their 2011 Calendar was a huge success. The 2012 Calendar has again been shot by award-wining photographer Mick Payton.

The girls are still looking for a sponsor who would like to be associated with the project and who could contribute to production costs. The calendar goes to print next Wednesday 30th November 2011, so if any of you "big hitters" out there can help, please get in touch via STUBS.

Typical amongst this wonderfully supportive group of women is Alexandra Nosenzo, whose partner Lance Corporal Of Horse Paul Jones, Household Cavalry, was injured in Afghanistan. In her text she said: "The moment u find out ur partner n fellow soldiers have been in a fatal Incident in Afghan, is probably the worse feeling.  But I was wrong. It was worse going to Selly Oak and seeing the extent of some of the injuries suffered by our boys, that u don't hear about in the news!! Luckily for me Paul was not as seriously injured as his driver who lost both legs!  His road to recovery will be longer and harder so anything I can do to support him and all the injured Servicemen I'd be happy to do!"

Please do everything you can to help raise as much as possible. Visit www.forcesfoxes.com to order.
